Grace
Grace is a 7 year old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon/Lab mix. She excels at waterfowl retrieving and has a very intoxicating upland hunting style with a strong point. Her combination of Griffon/Lab makes her hunting style very unique and highly effective. She is the dog that started it all here at Northwoods Guide Service, and she continues to be a staple in my guide string.
Gunner
Gunner is a 5 year old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. He has an exceptional nose, strong and staunch point, and a natural retrieve. He has spent his whole career guiding grouse and woodcock hunts in the woods and is a very fun dog to hunt behind. Like most Griffs, he has a very slow catlike approach to tracking down and pointing birds. His style and pace makes him a joy to hunt behind in the grouse woods.
Piper
Piper is the youngest dog on the team here at Northwoods Guide Service. At just 1.5 years old, she is already experienced on both grouse and woodcock. Her point is strong and she has the classic catlike Griffon style. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for this bright young pup!
